Who processes your data
The data controller is VIDEOMARK, a French limited company (SARL) with share capital of €190,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 495 329 179, with its registered office at 54 rue René Boulanger, 75010 Paris, France, which publishes Menuchic. For any question about your data: contact@menuchic.com.
What we collect on this website
- Demo request: first name, last name, email, business, town, type and number of venues, needs, plan considered, preferred demo format and slot; phone, current tools and message if you provide them.
- Audience measurement: we count page views without cookies and without keeping your IP address. Only daily totals are recorded: page viewed, referring website, campaign, screen type and language. These anonymous statistics cannot identify you and are not combined with any other data.
- Cookies: this website sets none. Your display choices, such as language, are not stored.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Responding to your demo request: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Sales follow-up of your request, including recording it in our sales management tool: legitimate interest.
- Menuchic news: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the link in every email.
- Audience measurement: legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used. It meets the conditions set by the French data protection authority (CNIL) for exemption from consent.
How long
Demo requests are kept for 3 years after our last contact, then deleted or anonymised. For a customer, they are kept for the duration of the contract, then for the legal retention periods. Anonymous audience statistics are kept for 25 months at most.
Who has access
The Menuchic sales team, and our technical processors: our hosting provider, OVH, whose servers are in France, and our email service. Fonts are hosted on our own website: your browser does not contact Google to display them.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing and request its portability by writing to contact@menuchic.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
