A POS that already knows your menu, your tables and your online orders
The Menuchic POS is not one more app to sync. It uses the same menu, tables and stock as your website and click & collect. An order placed online reaches the POS just like an order taken at the counter.
Point of sale, in practice
Keeps going offline
Once offline mode is on, the POS keeps taking payments during an outage, in cash or on a standalone card terminal, and sends each transaction once when the network is back.
Real-world checkout
Split payments, bill splitting, refunds and credit notes, receipts and invoices. Each transaction is tied to the employee who made it, through their personal code.
Built for anti-fraud law
Chained journal, closures and locked amounts, in line with Article 286 of the French Tax Code: a correction goes through a credit note, never a rewrite.
Set up in 4 steps
- Pair your tablet and set up team access
- Open the till session
- Take orders and payments
- Close: totals and journal are archived

Your questions
Does your POS comply with French anti-fraud VAT law?
It is designed to meet the conditions of Article 286 of the French Tax Code: data inalterability, security, retention and archiving.
What about e-reporting in 2027?
Menuchic already prepares the reporting of your sales to consumers, day by day and by VAT rate. It will be sent through an approved platform.
What hardware do I need?
A tablet and, if you wish, an Epson receipt printer and a card terminal. We advise you on compatible hardware.
What happens if the internet goes down?
With offline mode on, the POS keeps selling and taking cash or standalone-terminal payments. Transactions are sent to the server when the connection returns, once each.
