Every order at the right station, on screen or on paper
All orders, dine-in, takeaway, delivery or table, reach the kitchen in one place. On screen, the cook takes the ticket, ticks off the lines and marks it ready: the order moves to “in preparation” then “ready”, and front of house marks it served.
Kitchen display & tickets, in practice
One single flow
POS, website, kiosk and table QR all feed the same tickets and the same screen.
Routed by station
Hot, cold, oven, bar: each line goes to the station that prepares it, on paper and on screen.
The right order of work
Tickets change colour as they wait, or as a pickup slot gets closer. A ticket can be prioritised or recalled in one tap.
Set up in 3 steps
- Set up your kitchen stations
- Connect the printers, or open the display on a tablet
- Take, tick, mark ready, then served

Your questions
Do I need special hardware?
No: the kitchen display opens in the browser of a tablet or touch screen. For tickets, an Epson printer and the Menuchic app on a tablet or phone are enough.
What if the network drops?
The display keeps its tickets on screen and shows it is offline; nothing is lost on the server.
How is the kitchen display billed?
It’s an add-on to your subscription. Station tickets printed on paper are included.
